BACKGROUND: Information on Zero Time Dilemma, Carlos specifically, and all the endings for reference. The reason for all the links is because Carlos ends up with knowledge of every timeline he was present in during the True Ending thanks to all the Shifting he does. Pretty much anywhere Carlos is mentioned he knows about.

ABILITIES/POWERS: Carlos is able to access the morphogenetic field which is somewhat comparable to clairvoyance except it's way more situational. In short, when someone is sensitive to the field they can access the memories or thoughts of themselves from parallel universes or others who are sensitive. In a normal situation this very rarely occurs but the success rate jumps up when it's a life or death situation and faced with a decision significant enough to cause a branching reality. Rather than simply knowing information Carlos is specifically talented in Shifting. His consciousness can completely shift into another universe by switching places with the Carlos of that timeline. He unconsciously was doing this throughout his career by shifting whenever he got injured by a fire or collapsing building. Once aware of his power he actually has some control over which universe he can jump into but it's not perfect.

Considering the mechanics of playing in a game this power will probably never come up without extensive planning and would probably never need to be used anyway. Other than that he's a firefighter so he's physically fit and possess all the skills you would expect from a man who has been jumping into burning buildings for ten years to know. Give him a door to chop down or someone that needs CPR over anything regarding psuedoscience powers and he's set.

Got to say this is the furthest afield I've ever been. I knew there were plans to start colonizing planets in the near future but it's pretty crazy to think someone got a real life space ship working somewhere. Kind of feels like a movie, you know?
So, I know they said this was caused by subspace anomalies but has anyone seen anything kind of alien like? Something weird like an unknown piece of technology that's hard to understand. Maybe with weird cards. Just wondering. It'd be cool to find is all.
